We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from SandyBirds Golf Gear. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Refund:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. It must be in the original packaging.
  3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Process for Refund:

  1. Contact us at sandybirdsgolf@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  3. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping Costs:

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as outlined above for refunds. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item to you.
